Phase 1 (days 1-30) is designed to teach the fundamental movement patterns. Every exercise includes a demo video with detailed technical cues. If you already have experience, the progression will quickly bring you up to your level.
A pair of kettlebells and a mat; we keep our method simple and effective. The program includes a calculator to pick your ideal weight.
Online and in-person.
